A recruitment officer finds people to fill open positions. Many recruitment officers work in the human resources department of companies and search for candidates to fill job vacancies; others are not attached to any one organization but instead, work to fill the hiring needs of various businesses.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must possess at least as Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/ Psychology or its’ equivalent.
  • Must have 2-5 years minimum experience in the field of recruitment, hiring process and verification of applicants for a Security Agency.
  • Must be able to screen applicants for complete requirement prior to hiring.
  • Must be able to develop a pool of qualified candidates in case of advance need.
  • Build network to find qualified candidates.
  • Must be able to perform extensive leg work research for the man pooling.
  • Must be able to formulate different and unique cost effective strategies to attract applicants.
  • Has knowledge on labor code and training development programs.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

DESCRIPTION

Maintains safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably Male, 30-45 years old
  • Must have an updated Security Officer license
  • At least 5’7 in height
  • With excellent English communication skills (reading and writing)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to make detailed incident and activity reports
  • With marksmanship and firearms safety training
  • And has overall extensive security leadership experience with prestigious companies

DESCRIPTION

Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment and permitting entry. Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.

  • Must be 21 years old and above
  • Must have Security license
  • At least High school graduate or College level
  • Physically and mentally fit
  • Has undergone Security training and with updated Security license
  • Willing to be deployed anywhere in the Philippines

LADY GUARD

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5’3 in height
  • Must have Security license
  • Preferably High school graduate
  • Must be 21 years old and above
  • Physically and mentally fit
  • Has undergone Security training and with updated Security license
